Village Meeting Monthly to Feature Job Fair

This month’s Village Meeting Monthly will cover resume tips, the job fair, and general interview information. Career Services will put on a presentation at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11. This presentation will offer tips for updating resumes as well as suggestions for interviewing with prospective employers. This is a great opportunity to start your job search and begin to build that job-winning resume. During the event, Jimmy Johns will be served. This presentation will only last an hour, but it will be full of useful information that you can use right away and will also help you as you continue through your college career and even after you graduate.
The Spring Job and Internship Fair will be held Feb. 18 in the Wyoming Union Ballroom and is a great opportunity for any student to begin their job search. The presentation in the Community center on Feb. 11 will help you prepare for this job fair. If you have any questions about this program, the Village Meeting Monthly, or any future programs please feel free to email Tyler Johnson at, Emily Smith at or Lillian Zamecnik at, or call or visit the UW Apartment’s office in the Community Center. We look forward to seeing you.
Looking ahead: The Village Meeting Monthly in March will cover improvements in the community, so start thinking about any ideas you may have and bring them to the meeting.
