Welcome New Residents!

Hello! As you begin to move into your new University of Wyoming Apartment, I wanted to let you know a few things about our community.

To begin, the Community Center is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends. In the community center you can find:

  • Computer lab
  • A pool table with pool cues and balls
  • Wii ( and games )
  • Two TVs
  • Lounging areas
  • Hospitality counter
  • Bison Run Mail Boxes
  • Laundry Room
  • Board Games
  • Grill
  • Programs put on by ALAs (Apartment Living Assistant)
  • Office Staff (including your ALAs)

The Community Center is designed to help you with not only any questions you may have about your lease and payments, but is also a place residents can come to socialize or relax. The items listed above can be checked out with an ID card and can be used any time the Community Center is open. If you would like to use the grill just come into the community center and hand us an ID and we will unlock it for you!

The property manager, assistant property manager and office associate are in the office during business hours (8 AM and 5 PM) and available to discuss finanacial problems, leasing operations, and numerous other issues that may arise. If you have any questions, you can come in and make an appointment to meet with them. Any time that the UW Apartments Community Center is open,an ALA will be working the front desk to help answer your questions or assist you with anything you may need while living with us at the UW Apartments. ALAs live in throughout the UW Apartments community and each of the ten ALAs is assigned their own area to oversee.

The UW Apartments consists of four different communities; Landmark Square Village, River Village, Spanish Walk, and Bison Run Village. By the Landmark and River Village buildings there are a variety of swing sets and children’s playgrounds. There are also volleyball courts located in Landmark. Bike racks are located in all areas of the UW Apartments community as well. Located in Landmark Village apartment 409 is a 24-hour computer lab that can be used by any University of Wyoming student.

We look forward to the next year with you!
